Eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) It is widely valued for its ability to ease chest congestion and sinus pressure, which often accompanies cold, flu, or bronchitis. It is also thought to relieve muscle and joint pain when diluted and massaged into the affected area. It is considered a pain reliever, an antibacterial, an antiseptic, an anti-inflammatory, and an antiviral. It is commonly used for first aid due to its healing properties.
