Massage Therapist (Part-time & Full Time)

Spa owner plans year round staff get togethers and trips. Plus licensed massage therapists receive stipends for CEUs, classes and tools.


  • Perform massage and bodywork services in compliance with state and federal rules
  • Maintain New York State licensure and professional insurance in good standing at all times during employment
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and hospitality leading to high client retention goals
  • Communicating product, supply, equipment needs to manager
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per New York and Federal Laws
  • Follow massage department protocols, while maintaining your own personal approach
  • Update client notes post service
  • Attend massage department and company meetings, trainings and in-services
  • Contribute in a positive, meaningful and collaborative manner to support the overall success and continued operations of the spa
  • During downtime and when no services are booked, helping the spa to complete tasks as assigned by your manager

Esthetician - (Part-Time Evenings and Weekends)

Botanicals Spa seeks a part time Licensed Esthetician to join our team for weekends and nights. Be part of locally established and growing company built on providing organic plant-based apothecary style products and spa service options in a nature inspired setting.

Our estheticians are passionate about skin care and all things natural. They know the importance of ensuring that only safe natural ingredients be used on skin. At Botanicals Spa our estheticians use our company's skincare brand of products, all of which are organic and safe for the skin.


  • Managing and treating the skin care needs of our guests via facial services, full body waxing, body treatments, and spray tans (optional)
  • Assess client's skin care needs and respond respectively
  • Holding high stands of ethics and professionalism
  • Ensuring good customer service and rapport with clients
  • Educating clients about at home skin care routines, products, and self care
  • Stocking rooms and maintaining dispensary
  • Assisting the manager with inventory management for the department
  • Routine cleaning of equipment
  • Keeping rooms neat and orderly
  • Maintaining strict standards for cleanliness, sanitation and sterilization per New York and Federal Laws.
  • Ensuring guest service and satisfaction
  • Performing non-surgical skin care procedures
  • Skincare sales for products, packages and memberships with a genuine and non pushy approach
  • Attend and participate in monthly department meetings
  • Performing general cleaning & assist with laundry in the spa when not engaged in services
  • Assisting department with occasional marketing such as social media posting, before and after photos, networking to build book
  • Follow all state and federal laws pertaining to your profession
  • Responsible for other duties as assigned

  • New York State Licensed Esthetician
  • At least 1 year experience as a licensed Esthetician
  • Demonstrated sales Experience
  • Social Media Experience
  • Computer Proficiency
