Massage Therapist (Part-time & Full Time)

Join a group of amazing staff who are interested in supporting and helping each other grow. We keep everyday fun and interesting, while also maintaining a high degree of professionalism. Spa owners plan year round staff get togethers and trips. Plus licensed massage therapists receive stipends for CEUs, classes and tools.

Responsibilities:

Perform massage and bodywork services in compliance with state and federal rules
Maintain New York State licensure and professional insurance in good standing at all times during employment
Maintain a high level of customer service and hospitality leading to high client retention goals
Communicating product, supply, equipment needs to manager
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per New York and Federal Laws
Follow massage department protocols, while maintaining your own personal approach
Update client notes post service
Attend massage department and company meetings, trainings and in-services
Contribute in a positive, meaningful and collaborative manner to support the overall success and continued operations of the spa
During downtime and when no services are booked, helping the spa to complete tasks as assigned by your manager

REQUIREMENTS:

Licensed New York State Massage Therapist

Compensation:

Hourly base salary commensurate with experience (Typical hourly salary is approximately $50/hr inclusive of tips).
Bonuses and product commission pay
40 hour sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
Monthly self care benefits

We have been part of the community for 10 years and pride ourselves on providing a customized quality experience for all of our guests, as well as creating a sanctuary for relaxation and rejuvenation. Now in our 10th year we are launching our new Stay & Spa concept for an enhanced spa experience coupled new health & medical offerings and luxury accommodations.
